Existing clients needing to update insurance information, payment methods, or personal information may do so through the Patient Portal.
If you have questions regarding insurance coverage, billing, or account-related concerns, please contact our front office at office-admin@ptwmsi.org.
To reschedule an appointment, please contact your provider directly or call our office at (202) 724-7666.
Please note that, in accordance with PTWMSI's financial policies and agreements, some appointments may be subject to fees for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Self-Referrals
To become a client at PTWMSI, please complete our Appointment Request Form.

Referring Providers
You can feel confident in referring clients to PTWMSI. Our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, and support staff work collaboratively to provide high-quality, comprehensive behavioral healthcare for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Our front office and intake team strive to make the referral and onboarding process smooth, efficient, and supportive for both providers and families. If you refer a client directly to PTWMSI, our team will coordinate scheduling and intake directly with the client or family and provide updates to your agency as appropriate.
To submit a referral, please fax your agency referral form to (202) 769-2834 or complete our Appointment Request Form.
If you would like to speak with our intake coordinator prior to initiating a referral, please call (202) 724-7666.
Once a referral has been received, our team will contact the client directly to begin the scheduling process.
